NECESITAS UN SPORT PHYSICAL PARA TU HIJO?

DO YOU NEED A SPORTS PHYSICAL? StayWell will be available during the school day to provide sports physical examinations for the Spring sports season. February 16 and February 17 at Kennedy High School February 23 and February 24 at Wilby High School March 5 and March 6 at Crosby High School. Students must pre-register and complete permission slips and required health form available in the Main Office and School Nurses Office. StayWell accepts the HUSKY/Title 19, Medicaid, and Charter Oak plans. Several of the major private medical insurance plans are also accepted.
